Product Description: Sanitary air breathing filter, also known as re-breather, is installed in fermentation tank, storage tank, batching tank and distilled water tank. It can filter fermentation air, inert gas and other gases in and out of the tank to ensure the gas in the tank is aseptic. This sanitary breathing valve is specially used for tank gas exchanging in pharmaceutical industry and food industry. Functions & Applications: The principle is same as micro-filter’s. It is used to balance the pressure between inside and outside the tank, in order to make sure the tank under safe pressure range. When breathing the air from outside, the filter element will filter particulates from outside, blocking them from entering the storage tank as the liquid level descends, thus ensuring  air purity in the tank. Sanitary air rebreathers are designed for pharmaceutical, water treatment, food industries. Our air breathing filters are in full compliance with GMP standard, and are very suitable for purification of fermented air, air for injection, inactive gas, and distilled water. Service life of the air filter element is 2 to 3 years, extended to 4 to 6 years after being replaced once. Working Principle: Step 1: Set the working pressure within the specific range Step 2: When the tank medium pressure is within the set pressure range, the valve doesn’t work, to maintain the tightness of the tank Step 3: Remove the medium out of the tank, and the tank pressure drops below the set pressure range, the air outside the tank passes through the air breathing filter and is also filtered as well, in order to balance the medium pressure inside and outside the tank.
