Working Principle:
Step 1: Set the working pressure within the specific range
Step 2: When the tank medium pressure is within the set pressure range, the valve
doesn’t work, to maintain the tightness of the tank
Step 3: Add the medium into the tank, the medium pressure increases and valve will open, letting the air comes out from the valve outlet holes, in order to prevent the tank pressure continuing increasing
Step 4: Remove the medium out of the tank, and the tank pressure drops below the negative pressure level, the air outside the tank passes through the breathing valve, in order to prevent the tank pressure continuing dropping.
This pressure relief breathing valve can realize breath in and breath out, in order to
balance the medium pressure inside and outside the tank.
